Paolo is the Deloitte Head of FinTech & FSI Tech and EMEA Blockchain Lab co-leader.

He has 27 years of professional experience in the banking sector. The expertise developed during these years covers Large Operational and Technological Transformation projects in Corporate & Investment Banking sector and large banking groups, all Basel Risks, Capital & Performance Management, complex tech transformation programs, and FinTech innovative and disruptive projects. Participating in European Programs and SME Groups, Paolo has developed strong relationships within the FinTech Ecosystem and is collecting several publications/papers on FinTech and attending important conferences.
