L’ESMA ha pubblicato un nuovo aggiornamento delle Q&A (Questions and Answers) riguardanti il Regolamento EMIR (European Markets Infrastructure Regulation). Il documento include, in particolare, la reportistica delle operazioni compensate tramite entità che non ricadono nella definizione di CCP (Central Counterparty) ai sensi del Regolamento EMIR.
