ESMA: aggiornate linee guida su ETF e altri temi di UCITS

L’ESMA ha pubblicato un aggiornamento alle linee guida su ETF e altri temi collegati all’UCITS. I temi trattati sono la diversificazione del collaterale ricevuto nell’ambito delle tecniche di efficace gestione del portafoglio e le transazioni OTC sui derivati. Le autorità competenti dovranno, entro il primo ottobre, notificare all’ESMA la loro posizione circa il rispetto di tali norme.
