ESMA: pubblicato report per aumentare la trasparenza

Il report recentemente pubblicato, sulla base dei commenti ricevuti negli ultimi mesi, si pone l’obiettivo di fornire informazioni sugli emittenti dei titoli scambiati sui mercati regolamentati. E’ stata aggiunta anche una lista indicativa degli strumenti finanziari da sottoporre ai requisiti di notifica previsti nella direttiva.
